1. Delivery Overview

The total time from placing your order to receiving your package consists of two stages:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.


5. Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on local regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or refusal of delivery, original shipping fees may not be refundable.


6. Delivery Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

Aquvex is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to modify orders once they have been shipped.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Contact your local carrier

  • Then contact us for assistance
