Return Eligibility

If an item arrives damaged or defective, it may still qualify for replacement or refund (see below).
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If cancellation is requested after 24 hours but before shipment, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing fee.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may qualify for return after delivery according to this policy.
